I just wanted to take a moment to email about a superior customer service experience. I flew from Munich back to Chicago today and at the gate was upgraded to business by Oliver K., the gate agent. He also took a few postcards I had written to my family and my girlfriend and mailed them for me as there wasn’t a mailbox in Terminal 2 at Munich. It was not something he had to do, but he went a long way in making me really enjoy my trip today – which could have been a lot worse given the reason I was flying (family emergency). I flew over 100,000 miles last year so I have a fair bit of experience with air travel and levels of service. Oliver’s work today will go a long way to ensuring that when I fly through Germany, I choose Lufthansa. Please thank Oliver again on my behalf.
